Sérvulo Innovation Lab at universities

Administrative Law Moot Court

SÉRVULO/ Sérvulo Innovation Lab is the official sponsor of the Administrative Law Moot Court of the Lisbon Faculty of Law’s Academic Association (AAFDL).

Moot Court

The Moot Court is a simulation of a real court and brings 8 teams of students face-to-face in a simulated trial involving an Administrative Law dispute. The jury consists of several legal experts, including lawyers from SÉRVULO.

The winning team receives a prize of € 2000. The best speaker is given the chance to do a summer internship at SÉRVULO.

Sérvulo Innovation Lab is excited to be part of and to organise this contest, the aim of which is to promote the training of future lawyers in legal argumentation techniques and teamwork, while also fostering interest for the practical side of Administrative Law, in line with the values that have been part of SÉRVULO’s distinctive heritage since the firm was first formed.

JobShadowing
Portuguese Catholic University

In partnership with the Catholic University of Portugal, Sérvulo Innovation Lab organises Job Shadowing programmes for 3rd and 4th Law students, who spend a day shadowing a SÉRVULO lawyer (who is also an alumni of the Catholic University), to learn more about the professional life of a lawyer beyond the classroom.
