Introduction

(‘Sérvulo & Associados’) and was created for the purpose of providing information about the processing of personal data of visitors and users (‘Users’) by Sérvulo & Associados in the context of its activity related to the Website.

Sérvulo & Associados collects different types of personal data from Users according to the purpose for which it is intended:

  • Newsletter subscription: name and email address for Users who wish to register on the Website to receive news and other communications from Sérvulo & Associados;
  • Subscription to invitations and events: name, email address, entity and position for Users who wish to register on the Website to receive emails relating to the activities of Sérvulo & Associados;

Users' rights regarding their personal data

The exercise of these rights is free of charge, except in cases of manifestly unfounded or excessive requests, in which case a reasonable fee may be charged to cover costs.

Sérvulo & Associados will endeavour to protect the confidentiality of Users' personal information. However, due to the development of the Internet, constant changes in technology and other factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that communications between Users and the website will be free from unauthorised access by third parties. We accept no responsibility for the disclosure of personal information caused by transmission errors or unauthorised or unlawful acts by third parties.

Law and jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by Portuguese law and any disputes that may arise in relation to it shall be settled by the courts of the district of Lisbon.
