TRAINING REGULATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participants in S\u00e9rvulo Innovation Lab Trainings must be aware and agree to the registration conditions outlined below:<\/p>\n

PROGRAMME, TRAININGS ATTENDANCE AND COMPLETION<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • The trainings may be conducted in face-to-face format, remote format or hybrid format, depending on the information provided regarding each programme. The information on the format will be given together with the training context and other relevant information.

  • A certificate of attendance may be awarded to participants who, having made the full payment of the training or programme (only applicable in case of paid trainings), complete the session. For trainings and programmes with more than one session, the certificate will be given upon attendance of, at least, 80% of the programme.

  • The certificate will be automatically sent to the participant in case of paid trainings. For non-paid trainings, the participant should contact S\u00e9rvulo Innovation Lab\u2019s team to request the issuance of the certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT CONDITION<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    • Participants must formalize their registration through S\u00e9rvulo Innovation Lab\u2019s website or according to the instructions thereby provided. When registration deadlines are set, S\u00e9rvulo Innovation Lab reserves the right to refuse new registrations.

      Registration is considered biding upon receipt of the respective form (as available in S\u00e9rvulo Innovation Lab\u2019s website). From this moment on, and for paid programmes, S\u00e9rvulo Innovation Lab reserves the right to invoice the full programme fee.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      In cases of withdrawal, from the participant, the amount in question will not be reimbursed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the programme or training, the participant will be reimbursed with the already paid amount. In case of rescheduling by S\u00e9rvulo Innovation Lab, the participant may use the already made payment to pay for the new dated training or programme, by informing S\u00e9rvulo Innovation Lab\u2019s team in writing.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      The fee must be paid in full upfront for both corporate and individual participants. In such cases, invoices will be issued with the VAT identified by the participant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      S\u00e9rvulo Innovation Lab\u2019s invoices will be issued by S\u00e9rvulo & Associados \u2013 Sociedade de Advogados, SP, SA.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

        At the time of registration, participants must confirm that they have read and understood these regulations. Submission of the registration form will be considered confirmation of acceptance of the terms outlined herein.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        The participant must also read all the regulations and conditions available in S\u00e9rvulo Innovation Lab\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
